Lamps crafted from metal and ecru cotton fabric showcasing a variety of textures, including pleating, pin tucks, reverse pleating, and fabric folding. A cohesive language of vertical lines fusing fabric manipulation techniques was employed to create this ensemble. They are installed in the conference room of Ark, Baroda—a remarkable office space and art gallery designed by PBB Architects. To design this lighting installation was a significant opportunity for me.
The lamps were produced at Anek Taanka, a textile studio in Ahmedabad.
